Group sessions

Sometimes we'll sit indoors and sometimes we'll go outdoors around the area. You choose.

My group room is a great starting point for creating a safe container. It’s located within a lodge & lake park. When the group has formed and we’ve built familiarity and energy we'll naturally move. We may physically move if there is an impulse for that, but movement can happen in our minds and within a group in a creative and bold way too. There are many possibilities and each group has unique needs. We’ll work it out to meet the needs of the group.

Bond & Connect

A way to use small group sessions is by teams who wish to bond/connect and start to work more cohesively together. They might have found an obstacle. It often is around communication styles and fixed ideas about how things should move within a project. So I can facilitate this either where they focus on the issue and tackle it head on or come together and experience activities that indirectly move them through difficulties. It’s the manager of the team that might connect with me first to outline needs of the group or a leader that may wish to have me step in and hold a space. With a group of peers, one might contact me on behalf of the group to arrange the event. It is even possible for a group of friends to contact me for a novel and interesting event aiming to bring them closer together.

Hear from JR

"I really appreciated the way the gathering was held and the pace of the planned activities and invitation to take part in them or take time for self. For me the number of women was perfect".
